I’m writing to make an official complaint against Budget Car Hire for extremely poor service as far as providing the hire car is concerned as well as their complaints procedure. Below is a full breakdown and timeline of my complaint and all correspondence with them.
Please advise if you take these issues any further as I’d like to get back to Budget with some response as to my feedback from yourselves?
Many thanks,
Peter Armstrong

Dear Simon,
I find the email below quite insulting.
I booked a car early to ensure I would get one, but believe me when I arrived there were at least 8 – 10 of your customers at that desk being told the same thing and I quote “unfortunately we don’t have any cars and some of the cars we expected back haven’t yet arrived”! To add insult to injury in my haist (trying to establish how long a car might be) I actually asked one of your other customers how long they’d been there and they said that they’d been waiting for their car since 8am that morning.
Let me explain my dissatisfaction with this appalling service:
1. Very poor service and no answer to help 2. The first email complaint I sent was the 3rd of November 2009 to express my dissatisfaction 3. After several automated responses to the emails I posted you, I finally got an email from someone at the beginning of December to say you have some company policy that clearly allows you to investigate this matter in a reasonable time frame (up to 20 days) to allow for good customer service 4. I’ve now finally got a response that’s not only a total fob off, but more than a month overdue.
No, this is not acceptable and the feable excuse without even so much as a small gesture is not good enough, so I have no other option than to report you to the UK Complaints Board with all the correspondence attached.

I placed an order with Debenhams online before Christmas and when it arrived it was one item short. The despatch note stated it was included but it was missing so I had to call. When I called the opporator had no idea why it wasnt included if there was no note in the bag, after investigating she told me it was out of stock. I asked if i could have a replacement I was told there would be another delivery charge, I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasnt one available and I would have to wait online (not free phone). I asked for a call back they said they cannot do this. I was not going to pay more money to wait on the phone to complain so I emailed them. I have not had a response from them even though I have emailed them twice since the begining of January and I have not had any confirmation that the item has been deducted from my card bill. I cannot call them again without further charge to me. Their customer service is non existant.

I am not one to get upset, but I hate giving people money over the phone, and then when I do and I am promised quality customer service, a quality cabin, and all I get is a package of mouldy Sticks from Romania, and a driver that is rude and the windows and doors are broken, plus there is not enough timber to finish the building, I then call them and they never answer the phone, I call the citizen advice bureau and they tell me they have heard of this company, it makes me very nervous. And when I do get someone on the phone their English is appalling. I would not have bought this cabin if I knew it was coming from Romania or from Romanians. Is Cedexx Log Cabins a scam??
Please can anyone comment?
Thanks
Paul Dunne.

They will tell you they are victims of evil people. They will tell you that what the international media has written about them is all lies. They will look you in the eye and talk about God and charity, even as they steal your money. They will make every ridiculous excuse for why they haven’t built anything in 10 years in business, after collecting over $16Million from investors and customers … Don’t get suckered. They’ve already stolen millions and fooled celebrities and high powered companies into thinking they are savvy businessmen. Remember that “CONMAN” is short for “Confidence Man”; and that is exactly what Manoj Benjamin and Ravi Benjamin learned from their father Collins Benjamin. Make no mistake, these three charming charlatans are morally bankrupt. Slick and polished, and sociopathic in their lust for stealing money, they will tell you anything to satiate that next greed fix.

The BBB has filed a formal complain against BBZ Resource Management of Mesa, for issuing bogus gas/grocery vouchers that were given to retail customers after buying tires, furniture and new vehicles. The AG office in Florida recently closed Tidewater Marketing, Clearwater, Florida and now criminal charges have also been filed for distributing the same type of bogus gas vouchers. Ivan Penn, reporter for the St. Petersburg Times should be commended for his relentless pressure on authorities to close these criminals down and prosecute—-One more company peddling these phoney vouchers remains “untouched”–Grand Incentives, Of Orlando and Sarasota, Florida has scammed at least five tire dealers nationwide for thousands of dollars—(THEY MUST BE STOPPED) Don Dominguez–727-860-4327

Have you been double-charged on your credit card? Did the bad service at that restaurant ruin your special evening? Were the flowers you ordered dropped at the incorrect address? Then it’s time you write a complaint letter that gets the situation determined to your satisfaction. Make your opening sentence a positive one and get to the point in the 1st paragraph. Tell your story exactly and in as few words as possible. You do not want to inform the eaterie that you were hosting a business dinner with your new boss man, but rather this was a special evening to celebrate a crucial occasion. State in particular what went inaccurate,eg the nosh was cold or they neglected to bring the appetisers till the main course was served. Be funny if possible- this wasn’t brain surgery though it was necessary to you. Don’t threaten. Swearing to never shop there again or to call the Better Business Bureau just makes you appear beyond control.
No-one will be in a rush to handle your problem. If you act respectfully, you may expect the same behavior in return.
State precisely how this error cost ( time, money or humiliation ) and what result you need ( refund, free meal or present certificate ). However, you will get a free bottle of wine on your next visit. Supply a copy of your bills, correspondence or contracts with your letter. If you had a contract with a caterer and he did not give the puddings you ordered, having the accord to prove it’ll further your cause. When the problem has been resolved, be certain to do the company a favor in return. Telling your pals about the flowers that were brought to the incorrect infirmary and the way in which the florist personally took a fresh agreement to the patient himself shows how far the merchant was ready to head off to provide glorious buyer service. Don’t forget, the point of business is to keep the buyer coming back. How you let the company know about their mistake is just as significant as how they cure the situation- it could be a win-win solution for both parties.

The number has been rising for some time or since the housing industry slump started in 2007. It isn’t surprising the volume of Indiana foreclosure houses has been on the rising trend.
Especially , Indiana is troubled by the weakening of General Motors, the massive US auto manufacturer. The convention of Yuletide leaves in America came from German immigrants who had settled in Pennsylvania. Whilst synthetic Xmas leaves are general, many of us like to have a luscious Yuletide hierarchy in their houses, or beyond on their grasslands. They suspected that Xmas grass have been existing for auction in America since the 1800s, which is about the same time the past Woolworths dep. horde started selling timely-made curios for Xmas grass. Selecting the right class of Xmas ranking is critical because Xmas grass are constantly a main top for many family activities and customs. Whilst a tall hierarchy may look awfully chic, it might not be apposite if there arent many adults around who can grasp the rankings heights. Using sophisticated technology, both sorts of plants may also be got thru online transactions, thru telephone as well as by transmit-order thru catalogues. Now that GM is facing risks and the chance of a bankruptcy, more workers are set and predicted to further lose roles. That suggests, more households will default on their mortgages, and finally, more houses are going to be reclaimed and foreclosed. As the amount of Indiana foreclosure houses increase, more families are being displaced and forced out of houses. Home purchasers and backers are seeing possibilities in this.

This will say why new trends have appeared in which many adults are turning to life coaches in their off hours to search for private fulfillment, whilst still others select a much different sort of training at work to improve their ability sets, expand their potential and make their workers better in their roles in the company. It does not only revolve round the customer as it does in life training. Business training is a developmental process created to help people and groups achieve and sustain top performance in ways that are linked to the organization’s wishes. Another key difference between life and business training is in the reporting structurein life training it is just between the coach and the customer, while in business training the contract involves the coach, the coachee and that person’s executive. She asked folk waiting in a queue to employ a photo copier if they might let her go before them in line. May I use the Xerox machine?” the success rate was sixty %. May I use the Xerox machine because I am in a rush?” the rate climbed up to 94 p.c. –Just Tell Folk Why– This result’s unusual, but it reflects how folks behave. Tell it like it is and remember that any reason works better than no reason. In the photograph copy machine experiment, “because I must make some copies” worked as well as “because I am in a hurry. “The critical part gives a reason, not the logic. Instead, you need to answer all possible questions about your website. Making a FAQ ( FAQs ) page is one way. As visitors are reading the copy, all the reasons are given. You must give prospects a real incentive to purchase from you, but you do not have to be creative. It can come from an outside source or from somebody trained to provide it within an organization. Some leaders can forget that there’s a great deal to gain from their folks. Click now to see news about restaurants.
Business training targets the individual organization’s direction and method to make the best of a company’s most valuable assetsits staff.
