I have cancelled my account with facebook several years ago and was assured that my details have been deleted from facebook. However, I keep receiving notification e-mails from facebook users. Complaining to facebook is hopeless, they are not accessible, neither are they helpful. I wish to take part in a collective action against facebook for the violation of Data Ptotection Act.

ONE TO WATCH CHEAP PRICES FOR MOST THINGS APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolute nightmare of a company very rude and zero customer service we had ran into two series problems trying to recover our full refund back of £693 as this company agreed to do so once both TV’s that were cosmetically marked returned to them as we were not offered anything else. Following there instructions both TV’S were returned and expecting a full refund as this was in a written email to us also we were told verbally that a full refund would be granted. As expected they denied that both TV’S were marked despite having photographic evidence they were only refunding minus £60 for the return of both sets. I had to seek legal advice and contacted trading standards and in the end I had to settle for £60 less than the full refund that was promised to us once both TV’S were in there possession.I also received emails from this company trying to blackmail us in not to write reviews as they intended to take a further £120 minus the full refund. Sony would not grant the warranty as they were adamant they do not sell under any circumstances to any retailer either what they described b graded or used refurbished products. I would seriously urge people to think twice when purchasing online electronics from this company if something goes wrong as there is no reasoning with them you will regret it. I would recommend that you shop around as the cheapest products when shopping online is not always the best way to go as we found that out for sure.
From my own experience I found Amazon very helpful good choice of products and most important friendly and helpful customer service since then we have bought a TV from them and came in pristine condition as it should!!!

Hi there, some info on these con artists!! They had numerous limited companies that all went bust after taking out loads of debt. They changed the company names from UK Property Alliance to Kingsland Properties to Barnbray Properties to now known as Clement Property Group.

They buy properties below market value at around 60% not 70% as the market is down. They purchase your house even though they don’t have a so called investor ready to buy. I have known properties to be stuck with them for over a year! They prey on the elderly and once tied in they threaten you with their fees incurred. The fees for a sales transaction cost around £1000 so they are not really doing you a huge favour. YOU HAVE TO USE THEIR SOLICITORS WHO THEY WILL APPOINT FOR YOU AS THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE UNETHICAL PROCESSES! You cannot use your own! They do not pay you cash for your property, this is received by the solicitor as a cheque or draft.

They will buy a property for £60,000 with a market value of £100,000 and keep the difference as sales commission. Stay away from them, they are very convincing!

They offer training and franchise opportunities but these are all just a front to gauge interest from the novice investor who is brain washed into thinking they can be successful as they are and commit themselves to investing cash and false hope!

Something needs to be done about the My3cents.com site. I know there really aren’t any agencies that can do anything, and I know there really aren’t any black-and-white laws, and I know that no one is forced to go to that site – yes, I know all this. But something needs to be done anyway.

Why? Because people who go to that site have absolutely no idea whatsoever what they are getting ready to have happen to them out there.

The site presents itself as a place where people can express their opinions about companies, stores, products, etc. A lot like PlanetFeedback.

The problem is with the regular members out there. As soon as they see someone new has posted an opinion about anything, they pounce. They attack. Relentlessly. Over and over and over again.

They attack your intelligence. They attack your spelling. They attack your responses. They blame you for what happened to cause you to complain. They challenge why you even bothered to make the complaint. The pound and pound and pound you. They just sit back and wait until someone new comes along, and then they attack.

It gets so bad out there – on Feb. 13, 2010, a person posted a typical complaint about a typical situation, nothing memorable. But the My3cents.com people smelled her, and they mercilelessly surrounded and verbally beat her black and blue, with dozens and dozens and dozens of figurative punches to the face and kicks to the ribs – until this person gave up and wrote that she had just swallowed enough pills to kill herself.

Did the people on My3cents.com care? No way! At first they were oblivious to the person’s claim that she was commnitting suicide – they actually kept beating her up (this was day two of the assault, by the way).

Someone eventually pointed out that there was no longer a reason to keep up the assault, and they started screaming how her death wasn’t their fault! The whole conversation changed from “This person and her opinions are so stupid” to “I didn’t say anything mean or bad to her. You can’t blame her death on me.”

Whether she killed herself or not is not the point; all we know is that she said she was going to. The point is that she had no idea what she was getting herself into when she went to that site to express her opinions. She had no idea there would be hours after hours and day and day of attacks on everything about her.

All she wanted to do was express herself.

And the regulars out there on My3cents.com? Nothing ever happens to them. No matter how vicious they get, the site’s Administrators just move their nasty comments to a section called “Other” and let those people continue doing what they do.

The best way to describe it: It’s like the a dark and smelly basement where they hold dog fights. New people are the bait dogs, regulars are the attack dogs, and the Administrators make sure to keep the attack dogs hungry enough and ready enough to keep everything interesting.

I know some people complain from time to time about PlanetFeedback, but let me tell you – this site gets results without the maniacal tantrums that feed a group of the lowest common denominators on the World Wide Web. The difference is black and white, and maybe some day there will be laws in place to protect the innocent from such sites.

Maybe we need a rating system, like the movies and albums have, so we know what we’re getting into when we approach any site.

My3cents.com needs to protect your new members. They are only there to express their opinions. Your regular members are only there to amuse themselves in how they can one-up each other with their attacks. You know who they are. If you can’t deal with them, new people shouldn’t be essentially tricked into feeding your site for your regulars’ bloodlust.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES, MIDNIGHT TRAPS SET, FOOD WATER LURING, AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE QUITE POSSIBLY Was passing behind Pantano Animal Clinic with a friend of mine, kind of late, returning to my apartment.

Lo and behold, behind the Pantano Animal Clinic I found a cat sized hav-a-heart live trap (empty).

Suspicious Red Flag 1:
Now don’t pull my leg or cat tail, this arouses suspicion. What are they up to we thought, did a client lose a cat there? Or are they cat nappers supplementing their income in these ways, possibly trafficking in cats to various laboratories, and what not. Who knows? Right? Maybe they are also behind all the missing cats and dogs in the neighborhood, the advertising and signs you can see up and down Sarnoff Drive, and Kenyon Drive consistently. I mean I don’t think there are that many coyotes around, you know, they would be too fat to come in to town after that feast. There is more to the story also, like the times of night they go cat fishing, and the bait they use, quite possibly…

Then Get This! Red Flag 2:
Me and my girlfriend were coming back from Jesse Owens park one day, and a lady and a girl in a nice SUV, were trying to coax a Shih Tzu into their car on Sarnoff just south of Kenyon Drive, and having seen the chubby little fellow on a number of occasions, I new something was up, they did not own him. The owner came out, and the lady took off, (probably heading over to Pantano Animal Clinic with the bad news, no U of A lab pick up today, sorry doc.

I’m speculating, but possibly this group (Pantano Animal Clinic) has been corrupted by their love of unjust gain and power over weaker species, I know from others, they don’t exactly care so much about dieing pets, and will try to talk you into $500 dental work on cats that have less than a week to live, now that IS NOT a speculation.

Then This! Red Flag 3:
Well, another strange event, was a guy in a truck trying to sucker this wily German Sheppard into his truck, also on Sarnoff, and funny, across the street from the Shih Tzu’s house (817 S. Sarnoff or so). The dog smelled trouble, and barked at the guy till he split. I know where the dog lives, he is a great jumper and climber, and I know that guy does not live in the house, plus he was calling him by the wrong name. Maybe another guy who lost his Pantano Animal Clinic commission? Who knows?

Like curious George, I ask you, is this connected to that little pet shack called Pantano Animal Clinic?

I have thought about this for a while, and asked others about these guys, and they smell fishy, greedy, and possibly self justified in profiting of these kinds of operations, and really, I don’t put it past the corruptive power of greed and money grasping, as you may have seen cause a lot of people to cause pain and other things to others for personal selfish gain. Ironically, are these guys the predators? I almost laugh, at the irony, but it’s not funny.

This is getting ridiculous! Red Flag 4:
The other strange thing, was there are no cat traps in the daytime, this is a clandestine midnight activity, a maneuver in my opinion, to avoid suspicion. You got it, you’ll only see traps in the dark, and I wonder if they are sticking them out in the desert around the place?

Luring? Red Flag 5:
What was even stranger though, was I made a mental note, and decided to keep an eye on the place now and then, and one day, in the day time, I passed behind Pantano Animal Clinic on 22nd and Sarnoff, and in the back, by a desert lot behind their place, under a nice shady Rhus lancea tree, I saw a bunch of cats hanging out, and munching down, like a big picnic! I thought what in the? As I looked, Pantano Animal Clinic had bowls of food and water back there, and it almost fooled me. This is just too much!
Do these guys, veterinarians, doctors, feed stray cats out of the kindness of their own heart? Or are they luring in four footed $20, $40, $60, $80, and $100 dollar bills whom they sucker and kitnap for illicit purposes and possible lab trafficking? Do I put it beyond the self justification that these dog doctors may be capable of?
I realize it is a speculation, and I have not witnessed it outright, but truly, I have seen enough red flags to wonder should the police be notified? Should the Tucson City Attorney be contacted? Should the Pima County Attorney have a looksy around that joint? What about the Governor?
Maybe someone should, because I’ll bet Pantano Animal Clinic won’t, answer these plainly, possibly sinister things, that this place pulls way in the back, or under cover of the night.

What else are the doing? Selling dogs to labs too? Speculation? Assumption? I don’t trust these guys or the crafty little crap I think they are up to possibly. How much extra income can you pull in doing this stuff? $200 or $300 a week? Are they actually euthanizing your pet, or are they selling him/her at a lab swap meet, with a bunch of other shady, conscienceless vermin?
Hhmmmmm, it’s a speculation, and maybe you can join me in asking around, especially the neighborhood around 22nd Street and Sarnoff, to Broadway Boulevard and Sarnoff, and Camino Seco to Pantano.
Again, why trap animals behind the place? Sticking out traps after 10 pm, and pulling in the cat booty, and who knows what else before sunrise? The thing is, Pantano Animal Clinic KNOWS I AM NOT LYING.

Having been a little disappointed at the quality of the packaging I topped up the gift with another gift for my mother. Today I find out that the lemon lotion has caused a major skin irritation where the doctor has told her to stop using it immediately.
