Be very careful if you think about M&S being safe. I paid for a top in Nov 09, they told me that they had refunded me and it was put straight into my bank. I complained again in Dec 09 TWICE, the stated the refund had gone in on the 1 Dec. Still nothing in Jan 10. I have written to the Chairman in Dec 09 and he’s too ignorant to reply either. So everything he says on the website is a load of crap. It’s about time we the consumers stopped buying from companies like this and when they close, then they will realise that it is us that keep them in their overpaid jobs.

Take care if buying a used car from this dealer – he will sell you a vehicle with problems without worrying how much it cost you, or if you had to scrimp and scrape to pay for it. Ask for money off, as the warantee offered is not set up for several weeks and so not worth having! Be wary.

I am currently in a dispute with Ben martine ONElifehealthandfitness, regarding what I believe to be breech of contract on their end! I âm trying to be refunded £400 for personal training that I will not be using, nor do I want to at this point after how I have been treated! I have been a member of ONElifehealthandfitness for 2 years and was a great customer of theirs, I had decided to buy 10 personal training session and was given a very knowledgeable qualified personal trainer, we finished our 1st sessions, and I liked him so much that I purchased an additional 10 sessions, before I had a chance to use them the personal trainer that I liked was so unrleliable and was always cancelling my training appointments that i had to make alternative arrangements for my training needs. BE WARNED THIS GUY WILL FLEECE YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY

I’m writing to make an official complaint against Budget Car Hire for extremely poor service as far as providing the hire car is concerned as well as their complaints procedure. Below is a full breakdown and timeline of my complaint and all correspondence with them.
Please advise if you take these issues any further as I’d like to get back to Budget with some response as to my feedback from yourselves?
Many thanks,
Peter Armstrong

Dear Simon,
I find the email below quite insulting.
I booked a car early to ensure I would get one, but believe me when I arrived there were at least 8 – 10 of your customers at that desk being told the same thing and I quote “unfortunately we don’t have any cars and some of the cars we expected back haven’t yet arrived”! To add insult to injury in my haist (trying to establish how long a car might be) I actually asked one of your other customers how long they’d been there and they said that they’d been waiting for their car since 8am that morning.
Let me explain my dissatisfaction with this appalling service:
1. Very poor service and no answer to help 2. The first email complaint I sent was the 3rd of November 2009 to express my dissatisfaction 3. After several automated responses to the emails I posted you, I finally got an email from someone at the beginning of December to say you have some company policy that clearly allows you to investigate this matter in a reasonable time frame (up to 20 days) to allow for good customer service 4. I’ve now finally got a response that’s not only a total fob off, but more than a month overdue.
No, this is not acceptable and the feable excuse without even so much as a small gesture is not good enough, so I have no other option than to report you to the UK Complaints Board with all the correspondence attached.

I placed an order with Debenhams online before Christmas and when it arrived it was one item short. The despatch note stated it was included but it was missing so I had to call. When I called the opporator had no idea why it wasnt included if there was no note in the bag, after investigating she told me it was out of stock. I asked if i could have a replacement I was told there would be another delivery charge, I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasnt one available and I would have to wait online (not free phone). I asked for a call back they said they cannot do this. I was not going to pay more money to wait on the phone to complain so I emailed them. I have not had a response from them even though I have emailed them twice since the begining of January and I have not had any confirmation that the item has been deducted from my card bill. I cannot call them again without further charge to me. Their customer service is non existant.

I am not one to get upset, but I hate giving people money over the phone, and then when I do and I am promised quality customer service, a quality cabin, and all I get is a package of mouldy Sticks from Romania, and a driver that is rude and the windows and doors are broken, plus there is not enough timber to finish the building, I then call them and they never answer the phone, I call the citizen advice bureau and they tell me they have heard of this company, it makes me very nervous. And when I do get someone on the phone their English is appalling. I would not have bought this cabin if I knew it was coming from Romania or from Romanians. Is Cedexx Log Cabins a scam??
Please can anyone comment?
Thanks
Paul Dunne.

They will tell you they are victims of evil people. They will tell you that what the international media has written about them is all lies. They will look you in the eye and talk about God and charity, even as they steal your money. They will make every ridiculous excuse for why they haven’t built anything in 10 years in business, after collecting over $16Million from investors and customers … Don’t get suckered. They’ve already stolen millions and fooled celebrities and high powered companies into thinking they are savvy businessmen. Remember that “CONMAN” is short for “Confidence Man”; and that is exactly what Manoj Benjamin and Ravi Benjamin learned from their father Collins Benjamin. Make no mistake, these three charming charlatans are morally bankrupt. Slick and polished, and sociopathic in their lust for stealing money, they will tell you anything to satiate that next greed fix.

The BBB has filed a formal complain against BBZ Resource Management of Mesa, for issuing bogus gas/grocery vouchers that were given to retail customers after buying tires, furniture and new vehicles. The AG office in Florida recently closed Tidewater Marketing, Clearwater, Florida and now criminal charges have also been filed for distributing the same type of bogus gas vouchers. Ivan Penn, reporter for the St. Petersburg Times should be commended for his relentless pressure on authorities to close these criminals down and prosecute—-One more company peddling these phoney vouchers remains “untouched”–Grand Incentives, Of Orlando and Sarasota, Florida has scammed at least five tire dealers nationwide for thousands of dollars—(THEY MUST BE STOPPED) Don Dominguez–727-860-4327
